Frequently Asked Questions

What is DateReview?

DateReview is an independent dating-intelligence and safety platform being built to help people examine conversations, dating profiles and dating experiences more systematically.

Is DateReview a dating app?

No. DateReview does not match people or provide public dating profiles. It is designed to help people evaluate dating situations and dating services.

Does DateReview publicly rate people?

No. Private individuals are not turned into public star ratings or searchable review pages based on dating submissions.

Can DateReview tell me whether someone is safe?

No. No AI analysis or profile check can certify that another person is safe or unsafe. DateReview can help surface patterns, inconsistencies and questions worth considering, but the decision remains yours.

Can I upload screenshots right now?

Not yet. The secure submission and processing workflow is still being completed. Please do not email private conversations, screenshots or identity documents during the current early-access stage.

What will Conversation Review analyze?

The planned review looks at communication consistency, reciprocity, pressure, boundary testing, rapid emotional or financial escalation, contradictions, scam patterns and positive signals that deserve weight too.

Is Profile Check a background check?

No. Profile Check is designed to help organize and verify information you already have and identify things that may deserve additional confirmation. It is not currently a consumer-reporting or background-check service.

How much will DateReview cost?

Current planned launch pricing includes free educational content, a one-time Full Review at $9.99 and DateReview+ at $19.99 per month. These are pre-launch prices and may change before paid service begins.

Will affiliate relationships affect reviews?

No commercial relationship will be allowed to purchase a favorable rating. Material affiliate or sponsorship relationships will be disclosed.
