DateReview is designed around a simple principle: dating information can be sensitive, so we should collect as little as practical and explain what happens to it clearly.

Information we collect

At the current pre-launch stage, DateReview may receive information you voluntarily send to us, such as your name, email address and a request for beta access. The public website may also collect standard technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information and basic usage data through our hosting and analytics providers.

DateReview is not currently accepting private dating conversations, screenshots or identity-verification materials through the website. We will update this policy before that capability launches.

How we use information

Private dating information

When Conversation Review and related tools begin accepting private content, DateReview intends to use that information only to provide the requested service, operate the product safely and improve quality under documented retention and deletion rules. Private dating submissions will not be turned into public ratings or searchable profiles of the people discussed.

Third-party services

DateReview relies on service providers to host and operate the website and may later use providers for payment processing, authentication, analytics and AI processing. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. We will identify material production providers and update this policy as the product stack is finalized.

Data retention

We aim to retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain security and records, or to meet legal obligations. Specific retention periods for private review submissions will be published before those tools launch.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, request correction or deletion where applicable, or opt out of non-essential communications. Rights can vary by jurisdiction.

Children

DateReview is intended for adults. We do not knowingly solicit private dating submissions from children.

Security

No online service can guarantee perfect security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle and will expand those safeguards before accepting sensitive dating submissions.
