Confidence over certainty

When information is incomplete or ambiguous, DateReview should say so. Outputs should distinguish direct observations from interpretations and avoid presenting speculation as fact.

Dating apps and services

Consumer reviews of dating apps and services may consider pricing, user experience, features, safety tools, cancellation practices, reputation, target audience and other factors relevant to a user’s decision. Methodology may evolve as more data becomes available.

Commercial independence

Affiliate commissions, sponsorships or other commercial relationships do not purchase favorable ratings. When a material commercial relationship exists, it should be disclosed clearly near the relevant content.

Corrections

If a published review contains a material factual error, DateReview intends to correct it promptly and transparently when the error is confirmed.
